Baguette beget baguette
The baguette, the second greatest form of bread man has ever created.
One (me) may make the argument that the baguette is beyond the word bread, something of its own, and should never be referred to as a bread. But that is for another day.
When one eats a baguette, there is a psychological change that person encounters. It is defined as an ‘uncontrollable’ desire to eat more baguette. To eat baguette continuously, until you cannot eat another bite. Of course, one then continues to eat more.
Until death occurs.
You may think I kid. To that I say, nonsense, you must have never tried a true baguette.
But,
This psychological change of ‘uncontrollability’ does not only occur when ingesting a delicious baguette. It occurs when you begin to create habits.
X begets X, I hear it all the time, and it’s a true statement.
Lazy begets lazy, walking begets walking, yada yada yada.
The great thing about this, whatever you want to do, start doing it, the more you do it, the more you will desire to do it.
Start writing ads, everyday write a new ad, you may not publish it, but write it.
If email is your main marketing medium (it should be) write emails every day, send those.
Writing begets writing, creating begets creating.
What you’ll see happen after a few days, a week of this. You will start seeing ideas everywhere. And you will be chomping at the bit to get back to your computer to start writing.
And,
When you start writing every day, it becomes faster and better. You can pump out more ads, more emails, letters, really whatever you so choose.
You will think better, as the old saying goes, writing is thinking.
So, go eat some baguettes and start creating something.
Marketing with a Dunce, out. Later suckers.
